Costs
Travel expenses, including mileage at the standard Federal tax rate,
lodging, and meals are the responsibility of the host organization.
Under some circumstances home hospitality may be one way to meet
this need.
Fees vary according to the
outline of your event, of course, but a ballpark estimate can be
calculated on the basis of $100 per hour of performance,
participation, or teaching time.
